Objective

 

As is the objective of any good Quality Control Plan, Staff Easy's method of quality control is independant of those persons actually performing the work. Its function is to allow the organization the ability to observe, measure, and document the work being performed. Controlling quality on any job starts with good communication. Timely feedback between the staffing agency and the client is the essential agent that drives quality performance. From the beginning, we have worked to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Detailed information on documented evaluations is a benchmark tool used to provide feedback (approval/disapproval) of performance based on pre-selected standards.

 

To be effective, these fundamentals are required to ensure quality service:

 

  • Given that good quality control always starts with quality employees, our emphasis on recruitment, training, and orientation, results in positive returns for our organization. The outcome is a well-prepared employee less likely to create issues of non-compliance.
  • Through regular monitoring and evaluation, employee performance is kept at a high standard.
  • Performance is also quantified through official documentation. This allows for identification of positive and negative trends in performance.
  • Performance at all levels is recognized as outstanding, acceptable, and unacceptable. Each level of performance warrants feedback and provides a road map toward our goal of preventing issues that cause unsatisfactory performance.
  • Necessary levels of corrective action are taken for unacceptable evaluations.
  • Verification that corrective action has resolved the issue at hand is required.
  • Correspondence and evaluations are kept in appropriate files.
  • Reporting on a regular basis.
  • Conveying appropriately to all concerned the level of overall performance of each employee.

Safety Policy

Safety Policy

 

It is the policy of Staff Easy:

 

  • To provide a safe and healthful place of employment that is free of recognized hazards for our employees and to abide by Federal, State, and Local regulations that pertain to our industry.
  • To enforce the rules of this policy.
  • To require subcontractors to abide by and adopt this policy or a similar policy.
  • To have an operable procedure for securing treatment of injuries on each active job site.
  • To provide safety education and training for employees as needed.

 

All employees must abide by the following rules:

 

  • Report all unsafe conditions to their onsite supervisor and to our office.
  • Promptly report all injuries to their onsite supervisor and to our office.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as but not limited to: gloves, gowns, masks, safety glasses, scrub caps, and shoe covers, as appropriate.
  • Dress properly with appropriate work clothes. Inappropriate clothing or jewelry will not be tolerated.
  • Seat belts are to be used at all times when in a vehicle on company time.
  • Never operate any equipment unless all guards and safety devices are in place and in proper operating condition.
  • Keep all equipment in safe working condition. Never use defective equipment.
  • Be responsible for proper care and use of all personal protective equipment.
  • Do not operate equipment if you are not authorized and have not been directed to do so by your onsite supervisor.
  • Practice good housekeeping at all times. Do not leave materials in aisles, walkways, roads, or other means or points of egress.
  • Do not engage in horseplay or rough housing.
  • You must comply, at all times, with all commonly recognized and understood safe work practices. All posted safety rules must be followed.
  • Being under the influence of intoxicating beverages or illegal drugs on the job is prohibited. We reserve the right to perform post-accident and suspicion drug tests. A positive drug screen test will result in disciplinary action that may include termination.
  • We participate in a managed care network for all work-related injuries. In the case of a work-related injury, employee is required to visit a network doctor, hospital, or clinic. If employee chooses to visit a doctor outside of the managed care network, employee may be responsible for the charges incurred. If employee requires emergency medical treatment, go to the nearest medical facility to seek treatment whether or not that facility participates in the network. However, for all non-emergency, follow-up, or rehabilitative care, employee should receive treatment within the managed care network.
  • If an employee knowingly files a false or fraudulent injury or illness claim, they may be prosecuted.
  • Employee will be required to participate in our return-to-work program. This program may provide the employee with alternative or light-duty work after a work-related injury or illness. This alternative work plan will be developed in consultation with our treating physician. Failure to participate in the return-to-work program may result in the termination of benefits normally associated with a work-related injury or illness.

The above stated rules do not represent all of our safety rules and regulations and these rules only serve to inform the employee of minimum specific actions that they must adhere to in order to insure their safety and the safety of others on the job site
